The Story
From Enterprise Software to Compliance Infrastructure
Beacon is founded by an IIM Sirmaur alumnus with a background in Computer Science Engineering, and a former software engineer and product manager at TCS, VMware, and iBaset.
While exploring the emerging infrastructure gaps created by the AI era, one pattern became increasingly clear: enterprises were moving faster with AI adoption than regulatory and compliance systems could keep up. Compliance remained fragmented across spreadsheets, consultants, siloed tooling, and manual interpretation of rapidly evolving regulations.
Beacon emerged from that insight — an attempt to build the regulatory intelligence and compliance infrastructure layer for AI-driven enterprises.
Our vision is simple: make compliance programmable, continuous, and developer-friendly, turning it from a bottleneck into a built-in capability.

What We're Building
Two products, one mission: BeaconLabs maps AI systems to regulatory obligations for teams that build and deploy AI. Beacon OS gets early-stage biotech teams IND-ready in weeks, not months. Neither is a security certification tool — both are infrastructure for teams that need compliance to move as fast as the science.
The Analogy
